For Producers
We are delighted to introduce our 'Claim Show' feature for Producers, Performers and Marketing & PR associates.
To ensure you can claim shows, you will need to ensure your account is set to 'Industry Professional' rather than 'Personal'. To check whether you have a Pro Account, please go to 'Your Account' on the right of the top menu bar. From here, click 'Update Account' and ensure you have clicked on industry professional rather than personal. Once you have clicked this, make sure you press the blue submit button at the bottom of the page (note: you may have to scroll for this).
Once you have ensured you have a Pro Account, use the search function to find the page of the show you would like to claim. You should see a blue 'Claim Show' button underneath the image if it has not already been claimed. Once you click 'Claim Show', you will be asked to state your involvement/relationship with the event and asked to upload your show contract. Once submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. We will contact you from [email protected] if we require any additional information.
After your request has been approved, you will be able to see and edit the show by going to 'Your Account' > 'Shows'. Please note: you will have to log in with the same email address you used to claim the show.

NOTE: The social links are currently not visible on the show pages. We are working hard to fix this and hope this issue is fixed shortly.
Hero image sizes should be 1920px(w) x 570px(h). Images should not be high-res, 72dpi is fine for the web. Max upload file size is 2MB.
